I had my eye on these at full price for the summer, so nice to see the Armor-Lux wide stripe t-shirts dropping into the sale.
And just before we have a heatwave. Get one ordered and you’ll have it in good time to look cool when the sun shines. Because they do look cool. And timeless too.
A striped t-shirt pretty much always is, especially from a noted heritage brand like Armor-Lux. And it will take a good few washes too, unlike some of the cheaper competition out there. I’ve had one of its Breton tops for years and it still looks amazing.
But these aren’t Bretons, these are classic stripe t-shirts with a mid-1960s slant to this eye, although there’s always a naval angle to these tops as you would expect.
Each one is made from a lightweight cotton-linen blend and finished with a subtle anchor patch at the hem – a nod to those naval roots. Comfortable, light, good-looking. That’s all you need really when it comes to a t-shirt at this time of the year.
That’s all you need really, except the price. Originally listed at £49, you can now get one for between £29 and £35 in the sale in the colours you see here.
