Some decades after they first made their mark, the 1970s Adidas Originals Milano OG trainers are back as a limited run.
Update: These are now available in all sizes at the Size? website for £90.
And an exclusive, too, with retailer Size? being the only place to find these when they do land in the next week or so. However, you can try and get in early – more on that in a moment.
But first, the shoe itself, which was part of the European City Series in the mid-1970s and, like many, made its way from all-round sports shoe to terrace must-have in no time at all. Bit it wasn’t quite like the rest.
This navy and gold sports shoe didn’t just stand out because of its colour, side upper and leather detailing. That ‘grippy’ traction sale with Adidas branding is a little different to the norm, as is the distinctive toe design.
Not too much, though. This is classic Adidas of the era, with just a little extra something about it.
As it’s a rare reissue and a retailer exclusive, I would expect stock to be hard to find. Although you never know. I have said that before and plenty of have been available online on the day of release.
If you want a pair, £90 is the price, and they are available at the Size? website.
