Vintage-style striped polo shirts by Beams Plus

Sometimes, the little things make a big difference. That’s the case with these vintage-style striped polo shirts by Beams Plus.

The polo shirts (two different colour options are available) are part of the upcoming Beams Plus range for the spring and summer months. I say upcoming, but you can buy them right now via Amazon Japan if you can’t wait. I’ve no idea about the postage and tax costs, but the item is well-priced there before any of those add-ons. Or you could wait until they land outside of Japan.

And they might be worth the wait. This is a 1960s-style polo shirt with a four-button placket (a little longer than most) and a more elongated collar, which is also more the era.

There is a strong stripe pattern across this 14 gauge knit and a couple of strong colours in burgundy and yellow. It works underneath during the cooler months but also makes an impression in the warmer months. This is a knit designed for outside of winter.

As I said, this is now available directly from Amazon Japan ahead of a launch elsewhere. The price is the equivalent of £30.50. Yes, you did read that correctly. But do check the postage and import costs before you decide to buy. They might stack up.
