Not dissimilar to one of the most popular things I’ve covered on the site, these Adidas Gazelle Indoor trainers in maroon and blue are now available.
That past design was the classic Gazelle in claret and blue, as well as a reverse colourway. I still get emails about them now, but sadly both finishes have long departed the Adidas range.
Which is why this design might well be so popular. It’s not the original Gazelle, and it’s not quite the claret and blue finish. But it’s a near thing on both fronts.
This is the Gazelle Indoor, a variation on the original Gazelle for indoors (as you might have guessed) that was introduced back in the 1970s. Differences from the original Gazelle aren’t obvious at first glance, but a second look will spot the distinctive translucent sole, the dim[led tongue and the T-toe overlay.
Outside of that, it’s all about the colour, and if you support one of a group of football trams (you know the ones) then you might have an interest.
If you do, they sell for £89.
