If you don’t like a leather upper, then perhaps these suede reissues of the Adidas Gazelle Indoor trainers are more to your taste.
I did feature a blue leather version of this shoe a few months back and as far as I know, that version of the Adidas Gazelle Indoor trainers is still available.
But if you prefer suede, Adidas has just dropped two new versions of the Gazelle Indoor to tempt you in.
As you probably know, the Gazelle was (and is) a classic all-rounder of thew training shoe world, dating back to the 1960s and although it has changed a little here and there, it’s still very much the original Gazelle and one of the bestsellers of the Adidas range.
But a few years after launch, Adidas introduced a variation going by the name of the Adidas Gazelle Indoor. In fact, it was 1979 when this shoe first went on sale, which was basically the shoe for indoor use.
The key difference was the sole, which is higher and transparent, very much the calling card of the Gazelle Indoor. Outside of that, it’s what you know and love about a Gazelle.
In this case, a choice between a black suede upper with blue detailing or a red suede upper with white details. Both have the ridged tongue and the gold lettering.
All sizes are available and both colours are at 80s Casual Classics right now and if you want the suede reissues of the Adidas Gazelle Indoor, they are available for £74.95.
